What a wonderful combo for fishing. You can tell where you are going, where you have been, where the fish are, how big they are, you can chart a new course – this thing does everything as advertised, and is so practical. I can dismount it to take it home. The the money, it is a great bargain. The only thing is, it won’t catch fish.

I purchased the Humminbird 161 Combo 4-Inch Waterproof Marine GPS and Chartplotter for my Father as a Birthday Gift. I planned on enjoying this with him as I was leaving for vacation to visit. The gift arrived the day after I arrived which was fantastic..installed the next day and off we went for 5 days of fishing. I had a 12 year old unit and started to have trouble with it . I looked into fixing and chose to replace.
Glad I did this unit does all I wanted and more. seeing as I had all there it was easy to change as well as program GREAT UNIT

Sjipping was fast. When I installed it, I found out it came with a defective transducer. Called the company, they sent a new one. Installed it. Working fine now.
